Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation provide wonderful support for women during pregnancy through focusing on breath, a calm and centred state of mind, finding space and softness within and connecting with the developing baby.
Led by experienced yoga instructor Beatriz Davila, classes are informed by quality expertise, providing care and consideration for the expectant mother. 
Prenatal yoga provides meaningful ways to:
• Connect calmly with the baby in a nurturing environment
• Cultivate stillness through meditation and breath awareness
• Open the body through gentle stretches for birthing
• Strengthen to assist with labor
• Connect and share with others
Classes are open to all with no prior yoga experience required. Designed to specifically support, connect and prepare for birth.
